Dr. Katie Coonrod
Dr. Katie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas State University. She then became a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists after completing her fellowship training through the Manual Therapy Institute, an accomplishment that very few physical therapists achieve. She grew up playing several sports, played travel softball, and has been doing Crossfit for over a decade. Katie is passionate about treating patients of all ages who like to maintain an active lifestyle, from recreational activities to competing in high level sports. With her fellowship training, she uses a variety of manual therapy and exercise techniques to help patients get back doing what they love. When not at the clinic, you can find her working out, hiking with her husband and dog, reading on the beach, or watching Houston sports teams.

Dr. Dylan Greenblatt
Dr. Dylan was born in Maryland, but raised in Virginia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University in 2019 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. Prior to PT school, he was exposed to strength and conditioning, CrossFit, and coaching, which shaped his passion for sports performance, movement quality, and preventing injuries. As a clinician, he has experience collaborating closely with athletic trainers, physicians, and sports medicine teams and is passionate about treating athletes across all sports. He is also committed to making a strong impact on the community beyond the clinic through health, wellness, and education initiatives.
He is certified in dry needling and prioritizes evidence-based and individualized care, patient education, and strong therapeutic relationships. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and being a girl dad, staying active, exploring Houston’s food scene, and is a die hard Baltimore native and sports fan.

Dr. Adeeb Khalfe PT, DPT, SCS, OCS, FAAOMPT, CSCS
Dr. Adeeb Khalfe is one of the few physical therapists in the nation who have residency and fellowship training to go along with Dual Board Certifications in Sports & Orthopedics. Also serving as a Team Physical Therapist for the Houston Texans, he has become a highly sought after expert in helping athletes and active adults improve their mobility and strength in a pain free manner so they can return to the activities they enjoy and love. His clients include teenagers trying to reduce risk of injury, high level athletes looking to improve performance, and active adults who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In addition to seeing clients, Adeeb is also Lead Faculty at the Institute for Athlete Regeneration, where he travels the country to help teach courses on dry needling and sports manual therapy for athletic trainers, chiropractors, and physical therapists. His expertise in sports PT has allowed him to treat many baseball, lacrosse, football, and basketball players, as well many Crossfitters throughout the nation.
